Qualifications

The Certified Horticultural Technician (CHT) designation provides an individual employed in the lawn and garden industry with a means of proving a standard of expertise in tasks typically required within the horticultural industry. It is a national designation, recognized across Canada.

This certification process is comprehensive and rigorous. It is accomplished through a series of written and practical tests designed to measure an overall comprehension and a measured competence of the trade.

At Garden Creations, we currently have employees who have completed these tests and requirements and are Certified Horticultural Technicians. This is more than any other firm in Eastern Ontario. They are all Horticulture graduates from Algonquin College or La Cité Collegiale and have a combined work experience of over 40 years in the industry. We are very proud to offer the skills of:
